hi ! i have hardware very similar (intel E8400, MSI P45 NEO3-FR, Geil 2x1go cas4 FSB 800 v2.1, MSI ATI 4850, seasonic S12 500 ver2, DiamonMax 21 250go x4 raid).

Just one question, as you had problems start and restart (not on windows, with front) with a black screen ?
Because my computer start occasionally with a black screen with original settings and more often with restart with settings in bios.

PS: I think it must come from my memory Geil, because my motherboard detected in 5-5-5-15 instead 4-4-4-12 also with the same voltage settled, no problems with memtest.
With my old hardware it is the same (Alim advance 480w, Leadtek 8600GTS)
