Zotac has added two new mini-ITX motherboards with nVidia's ION chipset to its line-up. The boards are equipped with singlecore Intel Atom 230 or dualcore Atom 330 processors, both clocked at 1,6 GHz. nVidia's ION chipset is a rebranded version of the GeForce 9400M platform. Thanks to this chipset, the Atom platform is capable of playing HD video and simple 3D games.
Zotac has added two DDR2 memory slots, four SATA 3 Gbps connectors and a PCI-Express 1x slot to these new nVidia mini-ITX boards. There's also a 5.1 audiochip and a Gigabit LAN connector. The integrated videochip sports DVI and HDMI outputs. Both the Atom 330 and Atom 230 motherboards are to be priced under 90 euro.
