Danger Den has created a single-slot waterblock for the recently-introduced Radeon HD 5870 graphics card. The DD-5870 is made of Electrolytic Tough Pitch (ETP) copper that has a high thermal conductivity as a result of its purity.  The top is made of smoked plexi glass. The waterblock covers the GPU, as well as the mosfets and memory chips.

Danger Den states that the block is capable of keeping the temperatures of the 40 nm Cypress chip up to 30 degrees Celsius cooler than the reference cooler used on the card. THe block is CrossFire-certified and sports G 1/4 fittings. The recommended price in America is specified at USD 99,95. Additional information can be found on the manufacturer's product page.
