The Radeon HD 5750 has entered our price comparison engine (Dutch localization only). The first card, an ASUS model, is branded EAH5750/2DIS/1GD5 and has an average price of 120 euro.

It's expected that AMD will itnroduce two new DirectX 11 mid-range graphics cards later this month. The Radeon HD 5750 and 5770 are both based on the Juniper chip: a cheaper version of the Cypress chip used in the high-end Radeon HD 5800 series. ASUS' 5750 with 1GB is positioned in the same price range as the Radeon HD 4870 1GB model is. Though the specifications are uncertain, it appears the 5750 will feature 1120 shaders, 56 texture units and up to 1GB of GDDR5 memory in combination with a 128-bit interface. The core will be clocked at 725 MHz, with the memory at an 1150 MHz clock frequency.

Though prices of the faster Radeon HD 5770 have not yet been released, Fudzilla reports that the card is to cost about 150 euro. The same source claims a core clock frequency of 825 MHz, while the other specifications are identical to those of the HD 5750.

Two images of the ASUS Radeon HD 5770 have surfaced on the mymypc.com forum. The photos show that the new graphics card is a lot shorter than the 5850. It's still unclear whether the 5750 will be equal in size to the 5770.
