Cideko has introduced the Air Keyboard. This handheld, wireless all-in-one keyboard can also be used as a multimedia remote control. A mediacenter PC connected to your television, can also be controlled using the board. The keyboard features an integrated mouse that uses a movement sensor. There are also hotkeys present that allow programs to be opened at the push of a button. The keyboard can be used in combination with Windows (including Windows 7), Mac and Linux.
The keyboard is small, about as big as the controller of a gaming console. Moving the pointer around is done by moving the keyboard through the air. This makes it possible to use the Air Keyboard in games, to surf on the internet, but also type emails. There's no special software required; simply plugging in the adaptor is sufficient to use the all-in-one keyboard.
