[Computex09] Zotac presents single-PCB GTX295
It seems that the rumors have now been confirmed; a new version of the GeForce GTX 295 dual-GPU graphics card will be released, using a single PCB this time. Where other nVidia partners were not disclosing any information, Zotac already showed the card on its stan. The new GeForce GTX 295 is almost equal in performance to the dual-PCB version. The memory frequency has been increased by 18 MHz, to make the timings slightly more efficient. Zotac reports that the most important difference with the dual-PCB GTX 295 is that this card will be available in mass, where the original card's availability tended to be lacking. Zotac also confirmed that users with the dual-PCB GTX 295 can add this card and run Quad-SLI without problems. The card is to be released shortly.
