SilverStone launches new 1500 Watt PSU

SilverStone has launched a new power supply in the form of the SST-ST1500. The supply is a 1500 Watt model with an 80 Plus Silver efficiency certificate. SilverStone has positioned the PSU in the Strider series. The supply is able to provide 1500 Watt continuously with peaks of 1600 Watt.

The SST-ST1500 is 100% modular, which means that even the 24-pin ATX and EPS cables can be detached. The PSU is sized 150 x 86 x 220 mm (W*H*D) and featurese eight +12V rails, with a combined power of 120A. There's no information available regarding pricing or a release date.
