Acer Aspire One 751 appears in webshop

Rumors on the Acer Aspire One 751 had already appeared on the internet. The 11.6" netbook has now surfaced at a Taiwanese retailer. The netbook is equipped with Intel's Atom Z520 processors clocked at 1.33 GHz. There's 1 GB of DDR2 memory and a 160 GB hard disk present in the system.

The netbook is sized 284 mm x 198 mm x 25.4 mm and weighs 1.35 kg. Apart from the 6-cell battery, the netbook can only be purchased with a 3-cell battery, after which the device weighs 1.25 kg. The 11.6" screen has a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels and is powered by an LED-backlight. The Aspire One 751 also has a cardreader, webcam, Gigabit Ethernet, WiFi and -optionally- a Bluetooth module.

The netbook comes with Windows XP home pre-installed and costs just under 500 Euro.
