Arctic Cooling will release a new cooler later this week, bearing the name Accelero L2 Pro. As the name suggests, the introduced model is a graphics card cooler. AC claims that the Accelero L2 Pro is able to keep several midrange graphics cards by both AMD and nVidia cooler than the reference models used on those cards, while producing less sound.

Arctic Cooling's Accelero L2 Pro has dimensions of 119 x 94 x 51 mm and weighs a modest 250 grams. The 92 mm PWM-fan (900-2000 RPM) provides the cooler with an air displacement of up to 27 CFM, which is enough for cooling cards of up to 100 Watt. These specifications make the Accelero L2 Pro compatible with almost every nVidia card from the FX5700 series to the GeForce 9800 series, as well as most of AMD's cards from the Radeon X1300 series all the way to the Radeon HD 4850. A complete overview of all compatible graphics cards can be found on Arctic Cooling's product page.  To ensure optimal contact, Arctic Cooling has applied a layer of MX-2 thermal paste to the cooler's base.

At this point, the Arctic Cooling Accelero L2 Pro is available at a price of €13. Included are a number of aluminum heatsinks for the GPU's memory units.
