Both chips are produced at 45nm, feature 512 kB of cache and a 533 MHz FSB. The Z550 has HyperThreading, while the Z515 is more economical with its Burst Performance Technology, which automatically adjusts the clock frequency based on the load.A price for these new Atom processors has not yet been mentioned. It's expected that the Z550 will be used in netbooks and nettops, where the Z515 is to find its way into mobile internet devices.
