Patriot has announced the third revision of its Warp Solid State Drive (SSD). The Patriot Warp v3 has a storage capacity of 256GB, twice as much as it predecessor. The new SSD also has reading/writing speeds of respectively 240 and 160 MB/s.

Patriot's Warp v3 has a 2.5 inch form factor and a SATA II interface. The new SSD should already be available.
