New 19" LCD monitor by Dell

Dell recently introduced a new 19 inch monitor, the Ultrasharp 1909W. The new addition sports a standard resolution of 1440 x 900 and features both a VGA and a DVI connection. The lack of an HDMI port does not mean that there is no support for HDCP, as the monitor has HDCP over DVI support. 

Dell specs the panel as a 5ms response time, 1000:1 contrast ratio and the brightness is 300 cd/m². The maximum viewing angle is 16 degrees according to Dell's specification sheet. 

The 1909W can be used as USB 2.0 hub with four easily accessible ports. The monitor can be mounted to a wall or placed on an adjustable standard.

The Ultrasharp 1909W is available in both black and silver, and is available through the Dell website.
