Memory manufacturer Team is also launching its first Solid State Disks. These 2.5-inch Combo SSD's feature a mini-USB connector, next to the existing SATA 2-interface. The connector is used to update the SSD's firmware and also makes it possible to use the drive as an external hard disk.

The Team SSD's (serial nr. S25AC1) feature MLC NAND flashmemory and Error Correcting Code (ECC). Team has equipped the SSD's with capacities of 32 GB, 64 GB, 128 GB and 256 GB. The reading speeds are specified between 140 and 170 MB/s, the disk writes with a speed of between 80 and 100 MB/s.
