Belkin introduces a new wireless N+ router with USB-port to connect storage devices. Multiple computers can be connected to the router, which are then able to easily access the storage device through the secured wireless network. The new N+ router has four Gigabit LAN connectors which are to guarantee the required bandwidth and speed for media applications, for instance the streaming of music and video. When the router is not being used, the wireless part automatically shuts itself down to prevent unnecessary energy consumption.
