More manufacturers are introducing triple channel DDR3 memory kits now that Intel's Core i7 is knocking on the door. G.Skill follows this trend by introducing its first triple channel DDR3-kits. The kits will be available in capacities of 3 GB and 6 GB, as well as speeds of 1333 and 1600 MHz.
The modules feature a 6-layer PCB and G.Skill's own NQ-heatspreaders. According to the manufacturer, the modules have been tested manually and work with 9-9-9-24 latencies, which requires 1.5 to 1.6 V. G.Skill's DDR3 memory kits have a lifetime warranty and will be available soon at a still undisclosed price.
