Xigmatek Balder SD1283 CPU-cooler

Xigmatek has added the Balder SD1283 CPU-cooler to its line-up. Though the design of the new cooler is based on the Dark Knight, the new model is a further-developed version.

The three 8 mm heatpipes are in direct contact with the CPU and transfer the heat to the aluminum fins. The cooler is sized 120 x 50 x 159 mm and is equipped with a 120 mm Xigmatek fan, which rotates at speeds between 1.000 and 2.200 RPM, while maintaining a sound production of below 28 dB(A) and an air displacement of up to 89.5 CFM. The Balder SD1283 is compatible with Intel's socket LGA 1366, 1156, 775 and AMD's AM2(+) and AM3 motherboards.

Xigmatek's new Balder SD1283 cooler is to cost about 35 euro.
