Thermaltake will expand its "Element" series of chassis with the Element Q. This latest addition sports a black finish with red accents and can be equippped with motherboards of the mini-ITX form factor. Thermaltake seems to be aiming the chassis at users of Intel's Atom platform and nVidia's ION platform. The compact case is sized 13 x 22 x 33 cm (H*W*D) and weighs only 2,7 kg. Because both platforms produce a relatively small amount of heat, the chassis allows for passive cooling by means of ventilation holes. The "Element Q" has a single 5.25" bay and two 3.5" bays, one of which can be used for a hard disk or SSD.

As is common for cases of this size, a 200 Watt power supply has been pre-installed. Thermaltake's Element Q will become available shortly, featuring a recommended pricetag of $60 USD.
