Ecomo netbooks by Jetway

Jetway has announced the Ecomo-series. These netbooks are based on Intel's Atom N270 and N280 CPUs and are to combine quality, performance and an attractive pricetag. The Ecomo's are equipped with 1 GB of DDR2-533 memory, which can be expanded up to 2 GB. The 10.1-inch screen has a 1024 x 600 pixel resolution and features a 1.3 megapixel webcam, as well as an integrated microphone. A 2.5-inch SATA harddisk with a 160 GB capacity is placed in the netbooks for data storage.

There are tree USB-connectors, Ethernet, a cardreader and a D-sub (VGA) output on the device. Wireless connections are also possibly via the integrated b/g WiFi chip. The keyboard has a rubber layer which is to improve the typing comfort. There's also a button which allows 3D Audio effects to be enabled.

The netbook is sized 255 x 191 x 27 mm and weighs 1,3 kilograms, including its 3-cell Li-ion battery.
