Shortly after the introduction of four new 45nm Xeon processors, Intel reports that four older 65 nm Xeon chips will be given the End-of-Life status. The affected chips, four Tigerton quadcore processors, are the Xeon X7350, E7350, E7330 and E7320, featuring clock frequencies of respectively 2,93 GHz, 2,4 GHz, 2,4 GHz and 2,13 GHz.

Intel's four Xeon processors can be ordered until the 12th of February 2010, with a final shipping date of May 14th 2010 for the boxed version, and August 10th 2012 for the tray version. As of yet, the processors are priced US US $2301, $1980, $1391, and $1177, when purchased in quantities of 1000.
