The Gigabyte TouchNote T1028X is the company's latest Atom-driven creation. The device has a 10,1 inch rotatable touchscreen, weighs about 1,48 kilograms and uses Intel's 1,66 GHz Atom N280 processor, in combination with 1 GB of RAM and a 160 GB harddisk. The system is provided with graphics by the integrated GMA 950 controller.

The touchscreen has a 1366 x 768 resolution with an LED-backlight. Gigabyte's new netbook, which operates on Windows XP, also has a 1,3 megapixel webcam,  4-in-1 cardreader, 10/100 LAN, WiFi and Bluetooth 2.1. An ExpressCard expansion slot is present as well. The T1028X is powered by a six-cell battery.
