GT200 die-shot leaked?

nVidia's GT200 is to be released in July and recently an alleged die-shot has appeared on VR-Zone.

On the die-shot we see ten blocks each with 24 stream processors. This would mean the GT200 would have a total of 240 stream processors, even more than the earlier rumored 200. According to the source of the image, the die is quite big for the 65 nm process, increasing the production costs. A transition to 55 nm is expected in September.
