It seems that the quality of Micron's DDR3 chips is increasing. Where it was unique for manufacturers to guarantee 2000 MHz stability only a few months ago, the limit has been pushed even further since. Team introduced a DDR3 2133 MHz set with 10-10-10-39 timings on its stand. Initially this and Team's other high-end DDR3 sets will only be available in 2x 1 GB kits.  4 GB sets are expected later this year.

Another interesting thing is that Team expects that the constant decrease of memory prices will stop in the third quarter. Even worse, there's a chance the prices will go up by a few percent. If you're looking for new modules, it may be best to purchase them before summer.
