The first Intel P45 motherboards should be available later this month. Gigabyte shows a new P45 board during the Computex: the GA-P45-EXTREME, like the name suggests, it's as extreme as Gigabyte could come up with. It results in an enormous amount of copper: the board uses a special cooling construction based on Gigabyte's latest generation Silent-Pipe graphics cards. The motherboard is also watercooling compatible. Apart from the double 6-phase CPU power connection, Gigabyte has added a unique 3 Phase memory power solution as well. The GA-P45-EXTREME will be a limited edition. The exact price may be unknown, but with the high copper price it will be quite expensive.
