Fast Mtron SSD's

Starting this summer, Mtron will also start developing SSD hard disks. The Korean manufacturer announced several of the drives. The PRO 7500 SSD will be available in both 2.5 and 3.5 inch models, equipped with a SATA II connection. Mtron wants to attract companies with the PRO 7500 drive: those disks have an integrated 7-bit ECC error correction and it is claimed they reach speeds of up to 130 MB/s for reading and 120 MB/s for writing. 

The PRO 7500 disks have an MBTF of one million hours and will be launched in June. The 2.5" models are available in 16, 32 and 64 GB; the 3.5" disk has a 128 GB version as well.
