Biostar launches TPower N750

Biostar launches a new high-end motherboard, the Tpower N750. The nForce 750a chipset allows hybrid SLI support, offers integrated graphics and is cooled with a heatpipe system.

The board is equipped with two PCI-Express x16 slots (SLI 2x8), one PCI-Express x1 and three normal PCI-slots. Biostar has integrated six SATA ports (configurable in RAID 0/1/5/0+1), 7.1-channel audio and one Gigabit Ethernet port. Even though there is no information on the overclock potential of this board yet, there are some interesting features:

• Rapid Switch 2: onboard aan/uit/reset buttons
• Rapid Debug: an onboard LED-scherm with POST error display
• BIOS-Flasher: this tool allows the BIOS to be flashed with a USB-stick.
• BIOS-Relife: restore a crashed BIOS with a USB-stick.
• T-Power Utility: overclocking in Windows, temperature monitor, fan control, direct access to BIOS updates.
