MSI has announced a new version of the 9600GT graphics card. Apart from an overclocked model, one with 1GB memory, a version with a dual slot cooler and a silent version, MSI now introduces the N9600GT "Hybrid Freezer". The special thing about this cooling is that it's a combination of passive and active cooling; the fan of the cooler stays off till the core reaches a temperature of 40 degrees and it activates when the temperature is exceeded.  It is expected that when it's warm outside, the fan will be running constantly, even on the Windows desktop. The price is estimated around 160 euro.
