This week Thermaltake releases it's M9D case.  Special about this case is a 23cm fan placed in the sidepanel. This fan has multi-color LED's, and allows to decide which color you want to use. Due to the size of this fan the entire case is illuminated by the chosen color. A switch in the sidepanel offers the choice between red, green, blue, random mix and random single/mix. Apart from the 23cm fan Thermaltake has also placed two 120mm fans on the front and rear to optimize the airflow of the case.

The M9D case can be assembled without using a screwdriver, has integrated cable routing and dismountable HDD-cages. The nine 5,25" bays can be used both as 5,25" as 3,5" stations. Thermaltake releases the case in two versions. The VI4000BWS version, has a transparant sidepanel, whereas the VI4000BNS is closed.
