OCZ has announced new DDR3 memory in the Special Ops Edition (SOE) series.  The modules to be released are of the DDR3-1066 and DDR3-1333 type, both equipped with the Special Ops Edition heatspreader.

The OCZ PC3-8500 SOE modules run at 1066 MHz with a latency of 7-7-7-24 at a voltage of 1.6V.  These modules come in 1 GB and 2 GB versions and can also be purchased as dual channel in respectively 2 GB and 4 GB kits.  More detailed specifications can be found here

The PC3-10666 version runs at 1333 Mhz with a 9-9-9-27 latency at a 1.6V voltage.  These modules are also available seperately and in dual channel kits of 2 and 4 GB.  Full specifications can be found here
