Kingston launches new low-latency SO-DIMM memory modules for notebooks. The kits come in 2 models, the KHX5300S2LLK2/2G and KHX5300S2LLK2/4G, respectively 2x 1024 MB and 2x 2048 MB. The modules are of the DDR2 type with a 667 Mhz speed. The applied voltage is 1.8V, with access times of 4-4-4-12.

Kingston's new SO-DIMM modules combine Cas Latency 4 and 667MHz 

The 2x1GB DDR2-667 kit has a recommended price of 60 euro, whereas the 2x2GB DDR2-667 will cost around 100 euro.
