A German website has published benchmarks that compare VIA's Isaiah processor with equally clocked Intel Atom, Intel Celeron-M and VIA C7 processors.

Two aspects of the processors have been tested, calculations like the Arithmetic Logic Unit (ALU) and Floating Point Unit. Especially in the first category, arithmetic and logic calculations, Isaiah has a performance boost of up to 25% over the Atom. Even the Celeron-M gets beaten by the Isaiah in this area, while the energy consumption of the Celeron-M is estimated around 25 Watts (compared to the maximum of 3.5 Watts for the Isaiah processor).

VIA's claim that the CN would be two to four times faster than the C7 also seems confirmed by these unofficial benchmarks.
