G.Skill launches a DDR2 memory kit with a capacity of a remarkable 16GB. To achieve such extents, G.Skill delivers 4GB modules with a speed of 800Mhz. The standard latencies on these speeds are 5-5-5-15 and the voltage is 1,8V. The memory manufacturer will also release an 8GB kit which will exist of four 2GB PC-6400 modules.

G.Skill comes with a 16GB memory kit


G.Skill indicates the user to check whether his motherboard can handle these modules. On their website they state that the modules are compatible with Intel’s P35, X38 and X48 chipsets. Prices are still unknown.
