Silverstone has announced another power supply in te existing Decathlon serie. The new model is named DA1000, and is the seventh PSU in the Decathlon line-up, which consists of power supplies between 650 and 1200 Watt.

As the name suggests, the DA1000 is a 1000 Watt power supply. Like the other PSU's in the Decathlon serie, it has a modular design and features a single +12 Volt line with a combined power of 80 Amp. According to SilverStone, this single +12V rail would make the supply suited for the heaviest of systems. The DA1000 also has an efficiency of around 80% and features a temperature controlled fan. The specifications are listed in the table below:
