During the IFA, Panasonic showed sme interesting prototypes of future Plasma screens. The greatest innovation was a 42" plasma screen that required half the energy of a regular plasma TV. This means that Plasma loses one of its biggest disadvantages compared to LCD. Most remarkable was the demonstration of the world's largest Plasma TV. A panel of 150" makes it feel as if you're in the cinema itself. The 150" TV has a 4096x2160 pixel resolution. The screen isn't for sale, which is a good thing, since most people wouldn't be able to afford it anyway.
