Intel will release a dual-core version of Nehalem with an integrated graphics card in the second half of 2009. During the Developer Forum we got a sneak-preview of a motherboard for this future processor. Since the processor has pretty much everything integrated, it's interesting to see that the motherboard bears only a single chip, which primarily takes over the tasks of the traditional South Bridge. The motherboard also shows that the Havendale chips will have a dual-channel DDR3-controller. As expected, the socket isn't equal to the LGA1366 that the normal Nehalems will receiver. The shown motherboard is only a prototype and will obviously not be marketed in this form.
