MSI introduces an overclocked version of the Radeon HD 4870 X2, ATi's new high end graphics card. MSI's new card, branded R4870X2-T2D2G-OC, features 2 GB of GDDR5 memory. The card's appearance equals the reference card, apart from the MSI sticker that is.

The new card in MSI's Gaming Series has a careful overclock with the two cores running at 780 MHz. The memory is clocked at an effective speed of 3600 MHz, which is the reference memory frequency. The recommended price of MSI's R4870X2-T2D2G-OC isn't known yet.
