New Intel processors available

ComputerBase.de reports that as of today, Intel's new processors have become available. The concerned models are the Q9650, not to be confused with the QX9650, this processor has a multiplier of 9, fsb of 1333MHz and 12MB cache. The CPU costs about €400,-, causing the Q9550 to decrease in price to about €250,-.

The Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300 and Q9400 have a 6MB cache and respective clockspeeds of 2.5GHz and 2.66Ghz. The Q9300 costs about €200, the Q9400 €220.

The Intel Core 2 Duo E8600, earlier scheduled for release on the 10th of August, is a 45nm dual-core CPU with 6MB cache, a TDP of 65 Watt and a clockspeed of 3.33 GHz. It's priced around €215,-. Intel's Core 2 Duo E7300 has a clockspeed of 2.66Ghz, 1066MHz FSB, a cache of 3 MB and a 65 Watt TDP. The E7300 costs approximately €115,-.
