ASUS makes significant overclock to 9500GT

ASUS has taken the recently launched nVidia GeForce 9500GT and turned it into a TOP version. The card, branded ASUS EN9500GT Top, has even higher clockspeeds than the EN9500GT OC and features an active Glaciator cooling design which allows better heat dispersion with a sound production of a modest 25dB. 

The EN9500GT TOP runs at clockspeeds that are significantly higher than the reference speeds; the GPU's speed is raised from 550 to 700MHz, the memory clock is raised from 1375 to 1750MHz and the shaders from 1600MHz to 2016MHz. The card is tested on an ASUS testing configuration and scored 1401 3dmarks in 3DMark Vantage, compared to the 689 3dmarks of a reference 9500GT.
