Chaintech has expanded its Apogee GT series of overclock memory with a new DDR3 kit. The kit stands out due to the relatively low voltage of the modules.

The Apogee GT Blazer DDR3-1800 4 GB, as the kit is called, runs at a stock 1.8V with 8-8-8-24 latency. The other DDR3-1800 modules in the Apogee GT line-up have the same latencies at a stock voltage of 1.9V.

Chaintech claims the new kit has a lot of overclocking potential, part of that coming from the Samsung FBGA 128Mx8 chips that are used. The memory supports EPP 2.0.
