The pre-order prices for the much anticipated HD4870 X2 have been released. Fudzilla reports that a Czech webshop has the card on pre-order at a price of 429.50 euro incl. VAT.  The link to the shop no longer functions, but the concerned model would be a 2GB version by Sapphire. With a coreclock of 750MHz and 3600MHz (effectively) for the GDDR5 memory, the speeds are identical to a single HD4870 card.
