Apple is suing the American pc-producer Psystar. Psytar sells desktops and servers that have Mac OS X preinstalled. This is against the user agreement (EULA) of Apples operating system. It isn't allowed to install Mac OS X on non-Apple hardware. On top of that Psystar has modified OS X and released updates of its own. Apple claims that the copyright has been breached by this.

With the lawsuit Apple is not only aiming for the stop of the imitation-Mac production, but also demands the already sold machines to be recalled.
