nVidia has added five new mobile graphics cards to its line-up of the GeForce 9 series. The newly introduced chips are the 9700M (GT and GTS) and the faster 9800M series (GT, GTS and GTX). The chips support hybrid SLI and are fully DX10.0 compatible. These high-end mobile videochips will be soldered onto an MXM 3.0 module.
The biggest difference between the five models is the amount of stream processors. In the 9700M series, the GT version has 32 and the GTS one has 48. The 9800M GT and the 9800M GTS both have 64, while the flagship GTX model has 112 shader processors, the same amount as the GeForce 8800GT desktop graphics card. nVidia doesn't want to spare too much information on their new mobile GPU's yet, keeping the clockspeeds and memory amounts unknown still.
