Zotac seems to be quite confident of the new Displayport monitor standard, but also realizes that it has to keep using the regular DVI and TV-out connectors as well. With this in mind, Zotac came with the idea to build a GeForce 9600GT with all recent connectivity options. To create room for all these connectors, the card takes up two PCI slots, after which you can connect through VGA, HDMI, Displayport, TV-Out and two times DVI.
Zotac has also added an alternative dualslot cooler on the card with a bigger fan and more aluminum cooling fins to keep the card both cool and quiet. The Zotac ZT-96TES3D-FSP-512D3 as it's called, will be clocked at 675MHz for the G94 core and 1800MHz for the 512MB GDDR3 memory. This 9600GT will be bundled with the game Ubisoft's Lost: Via Domus and should be available in August. Image source: Fudzilla.
