Eminent expands UPS line-up

Eminent expands its series of PSU's with five Uninterruptable Power Supplies: EM3980 UPS 600VA, EM3982 UPS 1000VA, EM3984 UPS 1600VA, EM3986 UPS 1000VA Rack and the EM3988 UPS 1600VA Rack. Dependant on the model, the integrated battery provides 10 to 30 minutes time to save files and correctly shut down the computer during a power outage.

As soon as the power fails, an alarming sound goes off. The bundled software automatically saves files and shuts down the computer correctly during an outage. The connectors on the back secure phone lines and networks from power surges. The CPU controller is to provide a more stable voltage and frequency and better protection against powerloss, short circuiting, overload, voltage fluctuations and power surges.

It is expected that the line-up will be further expanded in September of this year.
