The GeForce 9500GT appears a bit later than expected, but nVidia has started delivering these cards to the system builders. Around the end of July, this card should also be available for the consumer.

  The GeForce 9500GT with GDDR3-memory

The GeForce 9500GT will be produced on both 65 as 55 nm and features 32 stream processors. A 128 bit memory bus communicates with the GDDR2- or GDDR3- memory. The cards will have either 256 or 512 MB memory.
