Daily Tech reports that AMD will release three new processors next month. The Athlon 64 X2 6000+ will work on a clock speed of 3.0 GHz and sports 2 x 1MB of L2 cache. AMD has put the maximum TPW of this processor at 125 watts and the price has been set at 607 dollars a piece when buying a 1000. The X2 5800+ running on 3.0 GHz and sporting 2x512MB L2 cache that was supposed to be released as well however has not yet been announced.

The other two processor will be of the single core varitiety. The 3800+ and the 3500+ are released in the EE (Energy Efficient) format, and they will run at 2.4GHz and 2.2GHz. The maximum TPW of these has been set at 45 watts and the processor are produces on 65nm. The price for the two new EE processor when buying 1000 pieces has been set at US$ 101 for the 3800+ and US$ 91 for the 3500+
