SAPPHIRE DUAL GPU solution fits on one PCI-Express connector

Two X1950 Pro graphics processors on a single card, the latest introduction from graphics manufacturer Sapphire, dubbed the SAPPHIRE X1950 PRO DUAL and being shown for the first time at CES in Las Vegas.

The X1950 Pro DUAL brings stunningly fast gaming performance, comparable with ATI CrossFireTM dual GPU systems. The  card is the same size and thickness as a regular X1950 Pro card, and will fit motherboards with a single PCI-Express x16 graphics slot. The card sports 1Gigabyte of on board GDDR3 , both cores opeate at 580MHz and the memory at 1400MHz.

The Sapphire X1950 Pro series supports simultaneous HDR with adaptive anti-aliasing and a palette of over one billion colours, native HDCP and ATI's Avivo technology. The card is Windows Vista ready and should be in the shops soon. Pricing has not yet been announced.
