Sapphire today released an AGP version of ATI's X9150 Pro card. The Sapphire Radeon X1950 Pro AGP is one of the first cards based on the X1950 GPU for AGP systems, and will be available in shops in the second week of december 2006. As other X1950 cards the AGP version supports ATI's Avivo Technology, simultaneous HDR and FSAA and is Microsoft Vista ready.
The GPU is clocked at 580MHz, the 512MB GDDR3 runs at 1400MHz. As the PCI-Express model the X1950 Pro AGP sports 36 shader units and 8 pixel pipelines. The card supports dual link DVI for resolutions up to 2560 x 1600 and has a TV-out port.
As stated before the card will be available in the second week of december, pricing has not yet been announced.
