Biostar has released a new midrange graphics card, the V7603GS21 based on nVidia's 7600GS GPU. The card comes with a newly developed special overclocking too, called V-Ranger.
V-Ranger stands out from other manufacturer's overclocking tools by the fact it is possible to adjust the voltages of both GPU and memory seperately, allowing the user to either overclock the card as fas as possible with higher voltages, or have the card running as cool and efficient as possible by lowering these. Users that do not wish to adjust the voltages themselves can set the tool to dynamic mode, which adjusts the voltages according to the application in use.
Biostar claims that V-Ranger brings the maximum efficiency to your graphic card. The new function will offer ultimate performance for each GPU and the best possible price/performance ratio. No more risky tricks like hardware modification on their own or re-flashing uncertain BIOS. They say V-Ranger is the standard in the development of more user-friendly VGA through special hardware design and software control.
