The SMC Barricade N Wireless 4-port Broadband Router (SMCWBR14-N) is claimed to be an all-in-one networking solution for connecting wired or 802.11b, g, or n wireless devices to share cable or DSL connections. This platform-independent, multi-function router combines a 4-port 10/100Mbps LAN switch with Automatic MDI-MDIX and a wireless access point (AP) that supports speeds up to 300Mbps. Features of this high-performance 802.11n-draft router contain security by a NAT firewall with Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI), Intelligent stream handling technology and a user-friendly Web-based management interface.

SMC states the new EZ Connect N Wireless PCI Adapter (SMCWPCI-N) and EZ Connect N Wireless Cardbus Adapter (SMCWCB-N) make draft N connections possible for the ultimate in performance. The EZ Connect N Wireless PCI adapter and EZ Connect N Wireless Cardbus adapter bring wireless connectivity to desktop and notebook computers to bring fast connections (up to 300Mbps) and coverage with the same security provided by SMC's 802.11n-draft wireless networking family.
