Vista is Ready

Windows Vista is finally ready, Microsoft reported to the press earlier today. The software is released to manufacturing (RTM) and this means the development phase is ready and the Redmond company is starting work on distributing the software. End of this month large Microsoft customers can expect to get access to the software. Also the big computer manufacturers (OEMs) will get the rtm-code to get ready to prepare their new systems. End-users can expect the retail version of Vista to hit the shelves in the january time frame.
